This is the most recent Terms of Service agreement as of October 20th, 2024, till now.

Any further changes modify and replace all former agreements. Typing errors on this website reserved.

If there are any contradictions with anything that has something to do with our website and/or our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service rules are always right and applicable. So even if another page (1) on our website states something that is contradictory to our Terms of Service, the information on the other page (1) is not observed. Instead, the Terms of Service on our website are always right.

2. Service

• This service will only be used for promotional purposes.
• You will not upload anything into this service’s rotation that includes nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable.
• You shall not knowingly exploit the system.
• The service might sometimes deliver later than the planned date stated on the website’s order page. This can be completely normal. Contact our support team if your order isn’t delivered in time; they will most likely find a suitable solution. Late delivery does not mean you will get a refund.
• You use this service at your own risk. We are not responsible for any consequences that may occur due to using our service. It’s 100% the buyer/customer’s responsibility.
• People might, in some cases, unfollow. If this happens, feel free to contact our support team. They will probably find a suitable solution. You do not have the right to claim a refund in this case.
• We are not responsible for the behavioral factor of users who, as a result of our advancement, may become your followers, subscribers, etc. By using our service, you understand that there is no way to predict user activity.
• If you make any changes to your promoted account URL link, we cannot guarantee service delivery or any refill guarantee.
• We do not provide a lifetime refill guarantee for all our services. The recovery guarantee is stated in the product descriptions. If it is not mentioned, we provide a guarantee of recovery within 60 days from the date of purchase.
• Do not use third-party promotions at the same time as our services. Otherwise, we will not be able to guarantee service delivery.

3. Payment Providers & PayPal Compliance

• By purchasing any of our products, you clearly understand and agree to what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal, credit card, or bank.
• If a fraudulent dispute, claim, unauthorized transaction, or chargeback is attempted, we reserve the right to ban your IP address from this website and take legal action. Additionally, we retain the right to (attempt to) terminate your social accounts.
• No partial or full refunds will be issued for service interruptions, failures, or anything else unless your order does not get delivered at all.
• By purchasing anything from this website, you agree to PayPal’s Terms of Service and confirm that you will not violate any of their rules.
• Our services comply with PayPal’s guidelines, and we do not offer artificial engagement or bot-generated services. All promotions are organic and designed for audience exposure.

4. Running Other Marketing Campaigns

• We use public statistics to measure campaign results. Running other marketing campaigns simultaneously with Black White Promotion may interfere with our tracking.
• If you choose to run another campaign, you agree that Black White Promotion is responsible for every fan, follower, view, comment, like, visit, and/or vote that you gain during our campaign.

5. Refund Policy

Since Black White Promotion offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we do not issue refunds once an order is completed, and the product is delivered. By purchasing from us, you agree and understand this policy.

However, refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

• Non-delivery of the product: If processing times are slower than expected and your order is not delivered at all, you may request assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days of placing your order. Otherwise, the campaign will be considered completed.
• Product not-as-described: If the service delivered is substantially different from what was advertised, you must provide clear evidence to our support team within 7 days from the purchase date. Complaints based on false expectations are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds are not guaranteed after we begin fulfilling your order, as we incur costs for labor, promotion, and partner services. Any refund request will be reviewed case by case, and if granted, all costs (including employee salaries, third-party services, additional taxes, etc.) will be deducted from the refund amount.

For disputes, please contact our 24/7 support team before opening a claim through PayPal.

6. Compliance & Fair Use Policy

• We strictly DO NOT use bots, fake accounts, or artificial engagement methods.
• Our promotions comply with the guidelines of Instagram, Spotify, YouTube, and SoundCloud to ensure authentic exposure and long-term growth.
• By purchasing our services, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and confirm that you understand our refund policies, service timelines, and compliance standards.
